Special Edition - Wildwood Sanitarium

We made this podcast short and sweet, as we couldn't focus - didn't help that we had thousands of little eyes watching us from a room to our right.
Built in 1900 (although records state it was probably earlier), Wildwood originally opened as an Osteopathic private hospital in 1909. When Tuberculosis became front and centre in the 1920s, it was forced to change paths and open as a Sanitarium.
Kaz and Rachel briefly discuss the house/hospital, as well as how far they are willing to travel to investigate haunted locations.

Ep. 5 - Hillary House N.H.S.

Built in 1862, the house was home and office to four prominent Doctors – Dr. Geikie, Dr. Strange, Dr. Robert W. Hillary and Dr. Robert M. Hillary.  The house still seems to be occupied by a couple of the Doctors.  Special guest, Alison, grew up in the area and has a real connection to the House – as it was the first location she remembers seeing “floating people” outside of her own home.  Kaz, Rachel and Alison share and discuss their investigation of the House and who they believe is still attending invisible patients.

Known for its limestone, quarry, and the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame, St Marys is a quiet little town with some fascinating buildings.  In May 2024, The Paranormal Seekers arrived in town to investigate the St Marys Museum – an 1854 heritage home built on a hilltop.  Kaz and Rachel discuss the investigation and the hilarious Estes Method that concluded the evening.
