Got a ghost that won’t stop tagging along? Can’t enjoy a shower without a cold breeze and unsolicited spectral commentary? Sounds like you’ve got yourself a spirit stage-five clinger! In this episode, we talk ghostly attachments, clingy Caspers, and what to do when your plus-one from the afterlife refuses to move on. It’s spooky, it’s weird, it’s mildly annoying — and it’s paranormally attached.

Four ghost hunters. One haunted inn. A park full of skeletons. What could possibly go wrong? Kaz and Rachel join forces with Wolfy and Ellie from Northern Haunts for a night of paranormal mayhem in Kingston, Ontario! First stop: Skeleton Park—where the vibes are spooky, the ground is bony, and the squirrels might be ghosts. Then it’s off to the infamous Hochelaga Inn, where the beds creak, the spirits don’t knock, and someone definitely packed too many EMF detectors and not enough snacks. Expect laughter, ghostly gossip, and at least one person yelling “Nope!” at an empty hallway. Spoiler: it was probably Wolfy.

Not all holy spirits come in a bottle—some like to hang around the choir loft! This week, we’re taking a pew and chatting about haunted churches, ghostly organ recitals, and the occasional poltergeist who just wants to join the potluck. Is that creaky floorboard a loose plank or Sister Agnes from 1843? Tune in as we investigate the sacred and the slightly ridiculous in places where the phrase “bless you” might be more of a warning than a prayer.

At this point, they should just move in. Kaz and Rachel are heading to Wildwood Sanitarium for the FOURTH time—because apparently, the ghosts there are clingy, dramatic, and maybe just a little bored. One keeps rearranging the furniture, another insists on starting a ghost podcast, and there’s definitely something weird going on with the basement’s attitude. Whether they’re chasing EVPs or just looking for their lost sanity, Kaz and Rachel are ready for another round of spectral shenanigans, haunted hallway detours, and the eternal question: why does everything smell faintly like ghostly soup?

We’re baaaack... again... and again… and again. Why do paranormal teams keep returning to the same haunted spots? Is it the ghosts? The vibes? The weird snacks left in the gear bag? In this episode, we dive into the spooky cycle of re-investigations—where the ghosts aren’t the only ones stuck in a loop. From “we swear we heard something this time” to “the spirit box was probably just warming up,” we explore all the hilarious (and occasionally legit) reasons why some haunts just won’t let us ghost them.

In 2024, The Paranormal Seekers made a couple of trips to this town located in Haliburton County. The reason behind these trips – investigate the paranormal.  The first stop was Minden Hills Cultural Centre, a small pioneer village with an interesting collection of buildings.  Our second trip saw us at the Dominion Hotel, one of the oldest continually operating hotels in the country.  Both locations, definitely haunted.  Kaz and Rachel will take you on a little day trip to Minden with the history behind these locations and the experiences they had.  Buckle up, cause it’s gonna be an interesting ride.

In this episode, Kaz and Rachel talk about the locations that they would love to be able to investigate one day.  Will they be able to manifest investigations at the locations on their bucket lists? Let’s hope!  If you’re one of the locations on their list, don’t hesitate to reach out to them.  They would love to hear from you!

One of Durham Regions most known haunted locations, Jesters Court Pub & Eatery can be found on Queen Street in Port Perry.  A little boy, a little girl, a woman in blue, a spectral couple having a late dinner, and a cranky man on the upper floor have been reported throughout the years.  The Paranormal Seekers have spent many evenings, and days, dining at and investigating the old building and learning more about its ghostly inhabitants.  Join Kaz and Rachel as they discuss the history of Port Perry, the building and who the ghosts might be and why the women’s bathroom seems to have the most activity. May we suggest the Shepherd’s Pie for your main course and the Deep-Fried ice cream for dessert?

Bankhead, Broughton, Balaclava.  What do these towns have in common, other than they all start with the letter ‘B’?  Well, they’re all dead.  That’s right.  These towns no longer are the vibrant, bustling communities they once were.  They’re now derelict, blink and you’ll miss it buildings on your way to your destination. In this episode Kaz and Rachel discuss Ghost Towns throughout Canada and why/how they ended up as a spectre of their past. “Perhaps it's the crossroads of another time. Maybe it's too lonely out here.”  John Mellencamp might have gotten it right….

Located on Scugog Island, Scugog Shores Museum Village is another pioneer village that depicts what life may have been like in Scugog in the mid to late 1800s.  With 11 restored buildings, there is also no shortage of paranormal activity.  The Paranormal Seekers have investigated this location many times over the years and have also hosted public investigations as well.  Kaz and Rachel discuss their experiences at this location and what makes grown men run out of buildings on the property.
